Because they are high density, and commonly known as the hardwood.
Waterproof, to prevent collapse, burst. The wood's rate of drying is 8 - 12%.
If it is too low, it will damage the fibers of wood, it is very weak;
if too high, it will cause excess moisture, and in the small region of relative low temperature, it is prone to crack.
2.Paint
Using waterproof, closed PU paint, and the resin content above 30% to reduce undercuts
and swelling caused by the entering water molecules. Of some closed paint products,
they use one kind of packing oiling to fill on the surface to fill,
its resin content is about 10%, and others are chemistry powder to prevent the paint undercut.
During the process, we use twice closed paint to make it waterproofing and reduce the orange peel,
it seems like membrane to protect the base.

To achieve this kind of effect, we only paint the waterproof PU primer but not the fully enclosed.

but not using machinery to spray, is dim and unnatural .
